After beginnings in Trust House Forte and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Emma spent a few years in the City, working on technology start-ups, before retreating to Brighton to work on her top-spin.

She was lured back into commerce with the offer of getting involved with Open at a very early stage (number two on the payroll, no desk and a literal lap-top) and has happily stayed on.

Other interests include running a large heritage building on Brighton’s seafront and vintage kitchens. She plays A LOT of tennis.
